No physical goods
LiveDesk is an online software service sold by Labhakarini Infotech Private Limited. Nothing is shipped and there are no delivery charges.
How you receive the service
- Dashboard: available in your web browser as soon as you create your account at sign up.
- Paid plan: active as soon as Razorpay confirms your payment — usually within a minute. Your plan shows in Settings → Plan.
- Computer app: each employee downloads it from the download page and joins your office with a one-time code.
If access doesn't start
If your payment went through but your plan hasn't changed after 30 minutes, write to support@livedesk.in with your office name and payment ID. See also the cancellation and refund policy.
