Prices exclude GST if applicable. Billed monthly in Indian rupees. Every plan includes the same features; plans differ only in how many people you can add.
Billing questions
What counts as a person?
Each person you add with their computer uses one place on your plan. Removing a person frees their place straight away.
Can I move to a smaller plan?
Yes, as long as you have no more people than the smaller plan allows. LiveDesk tells you if you need to remove someone first.
What happens if a payment fails?
You get a short grace period to update your payment. If the plan then expires, recording stops until you renew; existing recordings are still deleted after 15 days as usual.
